Reservation policies

Please review before booking your dives

Our online store and reservations process provides you with the benefit of reserving your dive vacation in advance to ensure that you have the dates and times for your dive, dive course or snorkel tours when it is convenient for you.Our team of dive instructors, dive guides and boat captains work hard to ensure your reservation dates are honored and your guided tour or class starts on time.

If you find your vacation dates change or need to revise your dive or tour plans we do ask the following:

Changes to reservations up to 14 days before your reservation: Email the dive center at and let us know the new date for your reservation. If you are changing your tour or course dates to an earlier date we will need a minimum of 36 hours to arrange for a new future date.

Changes to reservations 36 hours or less before your reservation: You will be charged a 10% fee for this change if it is that you change your reservation 36 hours or less before your scheduled reservation.

No show for your reservation: If you do not show for your reserved activity we are not able to refund your activity.

Cancellation of a reservation: If you need to cancel your activities our cancellation policy is:

  • cancel within 7 days of a scheduled activity you will receive a full refund
  • cancel within 7 days to 36 hours of a scheduled activity receive a 50% refund
  • cancel 36 hours or less before a scheduled activity no refund, sorry

In the event of a port closure we do try and accommodate alternative activities or re-schedule with you. nature plays tricks on us and do honor your vacation needs when this happens. If we cancel (that does not happen) or if mother nature makes it impossible for you to dive due to poor weather conditions determined by the Port Authority, your activities are 100% refunded.
